Principal sues students over MySpace pictures
22 Sept 2006
Students in San Antonio, Texas are accused of creating a fake Myspace site to spread malicious rumors about their school’s assistant principal. The harassment appears to be in retaliation for disciplinary action she took against the students.
In response, the vice-principal filed a law suit against the students and their parents as well, on the grounds that parents are responsible for supervising their teens. The suit claims that the "Web page was filled with lewd, defamatory and obscene comments, pictures, and graphics."
